We are losing class 1 farmland while the country is growing. Why wasn't there an Agricultural Impact Assessment done? How does this government expect to develop things well if they don't plan properly? It is also interesting that although the government claimed they had nothing to do with the expropriation of farmland in Wilmot, they did fund the deal itself.
